Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Analyze technical issues and provide accurate solutions to internal and external clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting software applications and database queries.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
