Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal systems during off-peak hours to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform data entry, validation, and analysis for nightly reporting.
- Assist the technical team with troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on deliverables.
- Update and organize digital records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team regarding overnight findings.
- Adhere to all company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate's degree.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote option available).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
