Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal IT systems and network infrastructure during night operations.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets submitted by employees in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to prioritize and hand off urgent issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to work rotating night shifts.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in IT support is a plus.
