The role requires working the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), offering a flexible schedule that allows you to focus on your studies during the day. You will work closely with our technical support staff to ensure seamless operations during our peak hours, gaining valuable industry insights and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot technical issues during night operations.
- Assist the technical team with data entry, ticket resolution, and documentation.
- Perform routine system backups and maintenance checks to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Communicate effectively with remote teams and clients during night hours.
- Learn and apply industry-standard software and hardware protocols.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās or Bachelorās degree program (must have access to College Credit).
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments.
