Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and network infrastructure during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and documentation of nightly operations.
- Identify and escalate potential technical issues to senior management promptly.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Available to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
