This role is designed to fit around your academic schedule while providing you with hands-on experience in a professional technical environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our data integrity and supporting our engineering teams during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance metrics and alerting queues during night operations.
- Assist in the collection, processing, and entry of technical data and nightly reports.
- Perform routine troubleshooting on internal hardware and software applications.
- Document technical processes and workflows to support team knowledge sharing.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables before end-of-shift handover.
- Collaborate with senior staff to research and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Bachelor's, Associate's, or High School Diploma with technical coursework).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Data Operations, or Engineering.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and standard office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
