Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining daily operational workflows during evening hours to ensure 24/7 system efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and record management for inventory tracking and client orders.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Generate daily reports summarizing key performance metrics and operational status for leadership review.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, security measures, and company policies throughout the shift.
- Support the logistics department with supply chain coordination, documentation verification, and document control.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of supply chain software and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Summer/Fall 2024 or 2025 start).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent weekly schedule.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new operational processes quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
