Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the night operations team in monitoring systems, data logging, and ensuring workflow efficiency during the 3rd shift.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between the night and day shifts to facilitate seamless transitions and handovers.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks during the night and propose practical solutions to the management team.
- Process Improvement: Help document current processes and suggest innovative ways to improve speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborative problem-solving sessions to drive team success.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for the duration of the summer/fall program.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
