Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs during night operations to ensure uptime and stability.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of large volumes of data into our CRM and database systems.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal stakeholders via ticketing systems and chat.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on processed transactions and reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for the night shift knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
