Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic during off-peak hours to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist the technical support team in resolving incoming helpdesk tickets with priority routing.
- Perform routine data entry, system backups, and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of ongoing projects.
- Conduct security audits and scan for vulnerabilities in assigned systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
