- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in network administration and technical support.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
