Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze nightly system performance data for anomalies.
- Assist in processing high-volume customer inquiries and support tickets.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated digital records.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops.
- Ensure strict compliance with company data security and safety protocols.
- Generate weekly reports on operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Relevant coursework in IT, Business Administration, or Communications is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
