Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal communication channels and data repositories during off-peak hours.
- Assist the senior team in resolving technical tickets and user inquiries with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform routine data entry, validation, and cleaning to ensure database integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues affecting night operations.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Provide exceptional support to remote employees and clients during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of network concepts and IT support fundamentals.
