Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Assist the IT team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on system performance.
- Ensure data security protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night operations.
- Document technical processes and update knowledge base articles.
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical operations and night shift work.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and database management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid ID and social security card required.
