As an Intern, you will work closely with our support team to ensure our clients receive top-tier service. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, and learning the ropes of customer relationship management in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during evening hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for internal and external clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical support tickets.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Learn and utilize CRM tools to track client progress and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or recently graduated).
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and internet protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
