Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer support tickets during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to internal and external clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members via Slack or email to ensure continuity of support.
- Assist in testing new software features and reporting bugs or usability issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
