Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and marketing teams with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and project planning sessions.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and project tracking systems.
- Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts and reports.
- Shadow senior staff members to gain insights into project management and technical workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program.
- Must be able to receive college credit for this internship position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week during summer break.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
