Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for enterprise clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during high-volume operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this position.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
