As an intern, you will be immersed in our 24/7 operational workflow, ensuring critical tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while the rest of the office rests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operational workflows during designated night shifts.
- Assist senior technical staff in troubleshooting system errors and hardware malfunctions.
- Perform routine data entry, record keeping, and documentation of system logs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on digital assets and outgoing communications.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions and task handovers.
- Respond to internal support tickets and assist with customer service inquiries.
- Learn and apply company-specific software protocols and security standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in a quiet, night-time environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
