As an intern, you will work closely with our senior technical team to ensure our systems run smoothly around the clock. You will gain exposure to industry-standard tools, troubleshooting protocols, and customer support methodologies.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and alert systems during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients and internal departments.
- Document technical logs, incidents, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical issues and updates.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Conduct basic quality assurance testing on software patches and updates.
- Support the IT department with hardware inventory management and setup.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
