Responsibilities
- Assist Development Team: Support senior developers and engineers in coding, debugging, and testing software solutions during night operations.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, logs, and reports to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Collaboration: Participate in nightly stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical blockers.
- User Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting basic technical issues efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Execute test cases and report defects to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Academic Status: Must be eligible for and have secured College Credit for this internship.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming concepts, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), or database fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
