Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and network traffic logs in real-time to identify potential anomalies or bottlenecks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and software updates to ensure system stability during off-peak hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal and external clients with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
- Analyze data trends to suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations at all times.
- Participate in nightly stand-up meetings to align on priorities and project status.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in backend operations, networking, or technical support.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or SQL) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate during the night shift.
- Must be available to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 4 days per week.
