Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during overnight shifts
- Analyze system performance logs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure updates
- Document incident reports and create knowledge base articles
- Support disaster recovery drills and system patching
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation projects
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for data protection
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10PM-6AM)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
