Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting via phone and email during night shifts.
- Log and update customer interactions and issues in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our company products and services.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support team.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Incoming Freshman to Senior).
- Must be available to work night shifts (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
