You will work directly with our operations team to ensure our systems run smoothly while you learn industry best practices in data management and support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic during overnight hours.
- Assist in data entry, verification, and database maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal clients.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to coordinate workflow transitions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality with sensitive data.
- Learn and utilize various CRM and project management software tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma program or pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware and software is a plus.
