The Role
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a quiet environment and enjoy solving complex problems. This role is essential to our night operations, ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains robust and our clients receive uninterrupted service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and servers during night operations.
- Respond to and resolve incoming client inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Perform data entry, system backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document issues and provide status updates.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software applications and user interfaces.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (IT, Computer Science, Business, or Communications).
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
