We are currently accepting applications for Summer and Fall 2024 start dates. As a night shift intern, you will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 service infrastructure, ensuring our clients receive uninterrupted support while working in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee network performance and server health during off-peak hours to prevent downtime.
- Support & Troubleshoot: Assist in resolving technical issues reported by internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Data Analysis: Review system logs and generate reports to identify patterns or potential security threats.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical procedures and incident reports.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to hand over critical tasks and status updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and time management in previous academic or work experiences.
