Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot critical issues proactively
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-technical challenges
- Execute system maintenance tasks during off-peak hours
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and vulnerability assessments
- Support hardware deployment and configuration for new facilities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during overnight hours
- Excellent written communication skills for incident documentation
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (students welcome)
- Availability for 4-5 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must maintain 3.0+ GPA and provide academic transcripts
