Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming IT support tickets during evening hours.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a fixed night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
