Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and network connectivity during night operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff via ticketing systems.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security checks in the evening.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and handovers.
- Assist in maintaining hardware inventory and asset tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent (for entry-level technical roles).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
