Responsibilities
- Assist Development Team: Support software engineers in coding, testing, and debugging web applications.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Content Creation: Help draft and edit blog posts, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
- Customer Support: Provide tier-1 technical support and assist clients with inquiries via chat and email.
- Project Coordination: Attend daily stand-ups and help track project milestones and deliverables.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update our CRM and internal databases with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent 10-20 hours per week schedule.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work on-site or remotely during standard business hours.
