Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and external clients.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Participate in system upgrades and software deployment projects.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
