Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value search terms.
- Assist in optimizing on-page content, meta tags, and site architecture for better search visibility.
- Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) and prepare weekly performance reports for the team.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance.
- Perform technical audits to identify and resolve site speed and indexing issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Available to work part-time (20-30 hours/week) for the Summer or Fall term.
- Must have reliable transportation for weekly in-office team meetings.
