Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Participate in Agile sprints, writing clean, testable code following best practices
- Debug and optimize existing codebase, contributing to 15% performance improvements
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive frontend interfaces
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Attend weekly architecture reviews and contribute to technical decision-making
- Present project progress to stakeholders during bi-weekly demos
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (3rd/4th year)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and one backend language (Python/Java)
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through personal projects
- Ability to work independently while thriving in team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States for the internship duration
