Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API integrations
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Debug and optimize code performance across frontend and backend systems
- Document technical specifications and create user-friendly documentation
- Contribute to open-source projects under senior engineer guidance
- Present project progress and demos to stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects (GitHub required)
- Availability for 20-40 hours/week during summer term (June-August)
