Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to startup clients via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Manage inventory and distribution of tech equipment across co-working spaces
- Document IT issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with weekend tech workshops and community events
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the IT team on weekend system maintenance
- Create user guides and documentation for internal tools
- Support event setup and teardown for weekend hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in technology and startup culture
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
