Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborate in agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Contribute to cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Participate in code reviews and documentation processes
- Debug and optimize existing codebase performance
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Learn and implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JS)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and REST APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during Summer/Fall 2023 term
