Our internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. You will work directly with senior mentors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end technologies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and optimize application performance for users.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write unit tests and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) during the internship period.
