Responsibilities
- Assist with Social Media Management: Help create and schedule content for various platforms to engage our audience.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and analyze competitor activities.
- Data Entry & Organization: Maintain and update our customer database and project files.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and webinars.
- Administrative Support: Answer phones, respond to emails, and prepare meeting materials.
- Creative Brainstorming: Contribute fresh ideas to team meetings and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (or recently graduated).
- Experience: No prior work experience required. We value potential and attitude over past history.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week during the Summer or Fall semester.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
