Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design tasks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business strategy decisions.
- Coordinate internal communications, manage calendars, and schedule team meetings.
- Update and maintain project management databases and client records.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring high satisfaction rates.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
