Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 500+ workstations
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base systems
- Assist in cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud infrastructure migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives
- Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during summer term
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred
