Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct Market Research to identify trends and provide actionable insights for our marketing strategies.
- Support Content Creation by drafting articles, social media posts, and internal communications.
- Manage Data Entry and maintain accurate digital records for departmental reporting.
- Attend Weekly Team Meetings to discuss project progress and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Training Sessions designed to enhance professional skills in business operations and communication.
- Help Organize Company Events and assist with logistics for summer team building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Able to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a corporate setting.
