Responsibilities

- Document technical procedures, configurations, and system changes to ensure knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C#) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
