Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Assist in the real-time monitoring of data systems and network operations during off-peak hours.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, file organization, and digital archiving to support daily business functions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and report minor technical issues or discrepancies to the senior night team for resolution.
- Client Support: Provide basic communication support to internal stakeholders via email or ticketing systems.
- Report Generation: Help compile and format nightly performance reports and logs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the night shift supervisor to ensure all operational goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High school students graduating this year are welcome to apply).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-5 nights per week, specifically between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and internet navigation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and time management.
