Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and incident resolution during night shift hours
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance metrics using industry-standard tools
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives with global teams
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and best practices
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Available to work 3-4 consecutive night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with version control systems (Git) preferred
