- Support the customer service department by responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare concise meeting summaries.
- Participate in structured training sessions to learn industry-specific software and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business initiatives.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional setting.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
