Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media management and content scheduling.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic planning.
- Manage and organize digital files, databases, and customer records with high attention to detail.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Support the administrative staff with scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for weekly team reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- No prior professional experience is required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
