Responsibilities
- Assist in Campaign Management: Support the marketing and sales team in executing summer promotional activities in Miami and Texas.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
- Content Development: Help create engaging content for social media and internal newsletters.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, and maintain project databases.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Academic Status: Currently enrolled in a university or college program seeking a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- Schedule: Must be available for the summer session with a focus on consistent weekly availability.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work both remotely and in-office.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work from Miami, FL or remotely in Texas.
