Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and analysis of market research data to support quarterly campaigns.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases during weekend operations.
- Support the event coordination team for weekend corporate gatherings.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations summarizing intern activities and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Answer general inquiries from clients and stakeholders with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
