Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and project management.
- Manage and maintain accurate records using our internal database systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during weekend hours.
- Support the marketing department with social media content scheduling and basic graphic design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning.
